July 4, 2009 - Newport Beach and Hollywood

Today is an important day in America, it is 4th of July...independence day. In this holiday we went to the awesome beach of Newport in Orange County, California. Even the sky was beautiful, the weather was a little bit cold...but not enough to take away our excitement. For many it was the first time to see the pacific ocean and even thought it was cold everybody went swimming and had some fun.

Many students went to see the pier where is place for the famous TV show The O.C while others took part of a volleyball tournament or just hung out on the beach or on the busy sidewalk of the beach. We are sure that every student had fun and will never forget this awesome day in beautiful California.

At three o'clock we came back to the hotel to have some rest and have some more fun at the hotel pool, and get ready for the famous Hollywood Boulevard. Before we hit up Hollywood we had dinner at a buffet restaurant then we went to Hollywood and got to meet the world famous Hollywood Walk of Fame. It was crowded but we all enjoyed seeing the stars on the sidewalk!

HAPPY 4TH OF JULY!!!!
